Gift certificates are valid toward any Orchestra Iowa performance or any Paramount Theatre performance. They are not redeemable for cash, are valid only toward ticket purchases, and expire five years from the issue date.
A gift certificate purchased online will be mailed to you or the recipient. If your gift is time sensitive, simply provide the recipient with the unique gift certificate number in your order confirmation email.
To redeem, present the gift certificate or gift certificate number to the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets to a valid performance, in person or by phone. Online redemption is not currently available.
